Eligibility for Returns

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Body jewelry that has been worn or opened

• Piercing needles or kits

• Custom or personalized items

However, we gladly accept returns only if:

• The item is damaged or defective on arrival

• You received the wrong item

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

• You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase and product photos are required for processing
